Kupwara Police Seize Properties of Pakistan-Based Terrorist

The charges include violations under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including sections 120B (criminal conspiracy), 121A (waging war against the state), 122 (collecting arms with the intention of waging war), and 123 (concealing with intent to facilitate design to wage war). Additionally, the case involves several sections of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), including sections 17, 18, 18A, 18B, 20, 38, 39, and 40, highlighting the serious nature of the alleged offenses.
