President Murmu Honors Four with Rajya Sabha Nominations

Mumbai Blasts Lawyer Ujjwal Nikam Among Nominees

Among the nominated individuals is Ujjwal Nikam, the renowned lawyer known for his role in prosecuting high-profile cases, including the 1993 Mumbai blasts. Nikam’s legal acumen and unwavering commitment to justice have earned him widespread recognition.

Other Notable Appointments Include Diplomat and Historian

Joining Nikam in the Rajya Sabha are former Foreign Secretary Harsh Vardhan Shringla, a seasoned diplomat with extensive experience in international affairs, and historian Dr. Meenakshi Jain, known for her scholarly work on Indian history and culture. Rounding out the list is social activist C Sadanandan Master, whose dedication to social causes has made a lasting impact on communities.
