Some people choose a career. Others choose a cause.
Dr. Kunjam Pooja chose a calling—and then multiplied it into many. She is a healer, a bestselling author, a record-breaking yogi, an award-winning artist, and a climate advocate. Her story is not about doing it all—it’s about becoming it all.
Medicine as a Mission
For over eight years, Dr. Pooja has served as a Civil Assistant Surgeon in Telangana’s Nutrition Department, working tirelessly to improve community health. In 2023, she stood at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, representing Telangana’s Best Performing Nutritional Department—a moment that honored her vision for healthier children, empowered mothers, and stronger communities.
An Author Who Writes to Transform
Dr. Pooja’s debut, Art of Communication: 10 Keys to Change Your Life, launched at the New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 and secured a spot in The Literature Times’ “Top 10 Must-Read Books of the Year.” Her second title, Raising Kids, Raising Awareness, reshapes parenting through emotional intelligence.
With a manifestation guide and personal biography on the way, her words have reached readers at book fairs in Goa, Kolkata, Srinagar’s Chinar Book Festival, and even London’s UK Book Tour – Word on the Water. Honors like the National Book Star Award, Eco-Scribe Crown, and Top 20 Authors of India speak to her literary influence.
Wellness Beyond Boundaries
A believer in holistic health, Dr. Pooja is a 12-time Guinness World Record holder in Yoga (IYD 2025), with accolades from the International Book of Records and Forever Star Book of World Records. Her wellness philosophy earned her Doctor of the Year 2025 and Best Debut Author at the Nari Ratna Iconic Awards.
The Art of Expression
Her creativity finds form in Kuchipudi dance, painting, and photography. She has been ranked Top 30 in the M.F. Husain International Award, named India’s Top Emerging Artist on World Art Day 2025, and awarded the International Brooklyn Excellence Award in Art & Photography.
Her works have been showcased nationally and internationally, and she has graced the runway as a Registered Model – Grand Iconic The Queen’s India 2025.
Healing the Earth
As Goodwill Ambassador for Prithvi – Women Climate Warrior Initiative, Dr. Pooja treats the environment with the same care as her patients. She has planted saplings, distributed over 200 jute bags, and driven climate campaigns featured in Ink & Insight Magazine.
Local Roots, Global Reach
From performing at Kala Sangam to representing India at the International Vietnam Summit 2025, she blends cultural pride with global impact. Looking ahead, she envisions a multi-disciplinary hospital and life coaching certifications to unite medicine with mindset transformation.
The Ritual Behind the Radiance
Every achievement is anchored by her daily practices—meditation, gratitude journaling, and affirmations—that keep her grounded while she reaches for the extraordinary.
