Indore, Madhya Pradesh – True strength is measured not by medals, but by the courage to rise after every fall. Coach Amay Lashkari, founder of ALET Sports Academy, has transformed personal struggles into a mission to empower India’s youth through sports, creating a legacy of resilience, discipline, and excellence.

A Dream Begins in Dwarkapuri

From the heart of Dwarkapuri, Indore, Amay envisioned a sports academy that would nurture champions of skill, character, and integrity. His commitment was so unwavering that he sold his own car to fund training in Fencing, one of the most expensive martial arts disciplines, proving his dedication to shaping young talent.

Overcoming Adversity

Even while battling sciatica paralysis, Amay continued mentoring students and turning them into skilled coaches, ensuring his knowledge and vision endured.

Betrayal tested him when some students attempted to claim credit for his work, saying:
“We ran your classes while you only watched.”

Choosing dignity over conflict, Amay walked away, leaving behind what he built but preserving his principles.

Integrity Over Convenience

When asked to abandon a young girl from the Valmiki community, Amay refused:
“No one ever gains by abandoning their mother. I will never leave what I built.”

Though former students became rivals, Amay’s integrity remained unshakable, proving true leadership is grounded in values.

A Second Chance and New Beginnings

Guided by his mentor Master Saeed Alam, who said:
“Even when the sun hides behind clouds, its light never fades. Your time will come,”

Amay took on a new team in Mhow, including Devaraj Khode, the team captain, who believed only Amay could lead them to victory. Amay welcomed them, declaring:
“You played even when defeat was certain — just to be part of my team. For that, I accept you as my disciple.”

The Rebirth of ALET Sports Academy

From that moment, ALET Sports Academy was reborn — stronger, united, and committed to instilling discipline, dedication, and national pride.

Today, the academy proudly announces: 20 players have been selected to represent Madhya Pradesh at the 21st National SBI Karate Championship 2025 in Kanyakumari.

A Legacy of Resilience and Inspiration

From personal sacrifices to rebuilding his academy after betrayal, Coach Amay Lashkari has shown that true champions are defined by resilience, integrity, and the courage to uplift others.

ALET Sports Academy is more than a sports institution — it is a movement inspiring India’s youth to dream big, train hard, and achieve excellence.
