Kashmir Terror Link: Kupwara Police Seize Property of Pakistan-Based Militant

The militant faces charges under IPC sections 120B (criminal conspiracy), 121A (waging war against the state), 122 (collecting arms with the intention of waging war against the state), and 123 (concealing with intent to facilitate design to wage war). Additionally, the UAPA charges, including sections 17, 18, 18A, 18B, 20, 38, 39, and 40, relate to unlawful activities, terrorist acts, and raising funds for terrorism. This indicates the severity of the alleged offenses and the commitment of law enforcement to pursue justice.
